Hello Spartan Families,

My name is Brittany Lee and I am honored to serve as Assistant Principal at Tarpon Springs Middle School. As a proud product of Pinellas County Schools, it is especially meaningful for me to continue serving the community that helped shape my own educational journey.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K–6) from Florida State University and my master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Throughout the entirety of my career, I have been fortunate to serve students, families, and educators within Pinellas County Schools since 2009.  My most recent experiences include five years as a site-based MTSS Instructional Staff Developer and three years as a district MTSS Instructional Staff Developer, supporting schools in meeting the academic and resiliency needs of all learners.

Alongside academic success, education is about building meaningful connections and creating an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. I deeply value respectful and caring relationships and believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success.

On a personal note, my commitment to Pinellas County Schools extends beyond my professional life. I am happy to share that my three children also attend Pinellas County Schools, giving me both the perspective of an educator and a parent.

I am excited to be part of the Spartan family and look forward to meeting our students, families, and community members. Together, we will continue to foster a positive school culture where every Spartan can learn, grow, and thrive.
